Industry : Diamond Jewellery (Gems Jewellery)
Requirements:
a) Minimum 8+ years ofExperience in Quality Assurance
b) Work ExposuretoGems/ Jewellery/ Diamond Industry
c) Should be well versedwith QA Procedures and setting up SOP’s
Job Profile:
1) Review current quality standards, procedures & identify gaps for sustaining product performance.
2) Conceptualise & implement a strategic quality assurance system for ) sustaining continuous improvements
3) Determine an evaluation system for team performances aligned to business goals e.g.; FTP , Customer complaint tracker , Poka Yoke , Testing & lifecycle performance .
4) Train , coach the team for a quality mind-set throughout their activities with more focus on quality assurance through process planning-testing-PDCA.
5) Establish strong procedures , control mechanisms for raw material and internal processes in form
6) Develop , define & document various QA standards ,checklists , Dos-Don’ts SOPs and implement across organisation
7) Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate for quality testing as per structured plans
8) Continuously review quality specifications and technical design documents for better performance
9) Appraise customer product / process / documentation requirements and make sure they are adhered.
10) Facilitate proactive solutions by collecting and analysing quality data
11) Plan, lead & conduct internal quality audit, product audit, process audit
12) Conduct daily / weekly reviews of all activities and compile a monthly report including recommendations for quality improvement
