Requirements :
a) Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Networking & Desktop Support
b) Should be a Qualified IT Graduate / IT Engineer
c) Work Exposure to Networking, Desktop Administration, Troubleshooting, General Website update, CCTV Overview and Database Storage
d) Manage 2 Manufacturing Sites of the company
Job Profile & Required IT Skills :
1) Experience in Server and Firewall Management
2) Installing of New Softwares and hardware (servers, printers, computer workstations, etc.)
3) Setting up user accounts, permissions and passwords
4) Expert in administration, management and troubleshooting the above platforms
5) Good working knowledge of Storage systems – SAN, NAS, DAS etc
6) Maintaining all the IT Related assets and updating asset data base at regular intervals.
7) Overseeing security of all systems, especially the internet, and installing antivirus protection
8) Configure system on the Domain and check or give the administrative permissions.
9) Desktop and Server installation (RAID Configuration)
10) Provide regular technical support for Operating system, mail support, and network Support.
11) Configuring and Troubleshooting LAN/VPN and Fixing network faults
12) Diagnosing hardware failure of onprem servers.
13) Domain user installation.
14) Network drive installation.
