Industry: EPC (Design Engineering) – Data Center Projects
Requirements:
a) Minimum 7+ years of Experience in Electrical Design Engineering (2 years in Data Center Projects)
b) Work Exposure to design consultancy background with Experience in Electrical
design systems on large scale Hyperscale and Colocation Data Centers, building
developments like Retail, Residential, Commercial Projects.
c) Experience and knowledge on ELV system and SCADA/EPMS will be an
advantage.

d) Proficiency in ETAP/Amtech/SKM & equivalent software and basic manual
calculations, AutoCAD, Navisworks and other digital engineering platforms.
e) Knowledge of relevant design standards – TIER Standards Topology as per Uptime Standards, TIA 942, IEEE, BS/IS, NFPA, ASHRAE, NBC, ECBC etc.
f) Possess adequate technical knowledge in overall Data Center build components (Electrical, Mechanical, ELV and BMS).

Job Profile:
1) Directly responsible of Design and Engineering of large-scale data
center construction projects and responsible of working in cross discipline environment ,Sound understanding to take lead alone and work independently for Design and Engineering of large-scale data center construction projects, proposals will be performing Electrical engineering review and analysis, establishing project design requirements, interfacing with IT clients, Lead consultants and construction firms etc. throughout till project completion.
2) Capture business requirement, conceptualize design to meet TIA / Uptime standards and work along with internal team to spin out a quick layout and proposal.
3) Design leading-edge solutions for the Electrical systems of the Data Center

4) Keep up to date with the latest industry trends, analyst views and apply thus gained knowledge in real time to deliver value for best design implementation.
5) Creation/Review of solution design document, BOQ, SOW, estimates and proactive proposal responses.
5) Thorough knowledge of technical Review and Selection of HV Switchgear,
Transformers, Power & control cables, DG Set of large rating, UPS, PDU, Earthing and Bonding, Lightning protection and other equipment required in large data center.
5) Creation/Review of solution design document, BOQ, SOW, estimates and proactive proposal responses.
